Terms and Conditions:

If your application is accepted, you must pay a 50% deposit in order to secure your booth.
You understand that payments are not refundable.

You understand that upon submitting this application you are entering into a contract and that payment must be made in full when the application is successful.

You understand that Event Organisers are not liable to cover theft, loss and/or damage to possessions/equipment you bring to the event.

Upon Booth approval we will send you a VAT invoice for the amount payable.

We reserve the right to change venue or the dates of the event.

Booths must be setup by 09am on Saturday 30th November 2019.

Banners and Posters etc. maybe be attached to booths using clamps. They must not be affixed to walls.

Tattoo Artists/Piercers can sell prints, t-shirts, aftercare and other non-tattoo/piercing equipment items from their booths. If you build machines then you may sell your own machines (to the trade only) however you must not sell items on behalf of suppliers, companies or other machine makers. You cannot sell inks, tattoo equipment, piercing equipment or anything else that is already available from the trade suppliers in attendance. If you would like to sell these items, then you must book a Trade Booth.

The Soweto Ink Tattoo convention practices safe tattooing and complies with the health and safety Industry standards



Booths are 3×3 metres

Trade Booths 4×3 metres

1 Artist per booth, passes will be allocated for 1 Artist and 1 Assistant per booth.
The Booth includes:
At least power source
2 Working Tables
Waste Disposal
Clinical and General Waste Sacks
Sharps Container
Machine Bags,
Alcohol Handwash
Clip cord Covers, Gloves, Aprons and other cleaning supplies if required.
We advise that you bring along a desk fan and a table cover, and don’t forget your banner.
